2nd Annual MEPSI National Coming Out Day Candlelight March will be on
Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011. The event begins at the Belleville Public Library on Washington c6:30p.m. and will walk up and over to East Main and then down to Club-Escapade Belleville for a brief rally.
